Well the team, consisting of Rick, Mitch, Ryan, Ashton, and Garrett; each met in a cantina on Tatooine to make their riches, names, and even finish old fights. The group settled on the name Black Company (I believe due to a book series). After finishing their introductions and downing a few swigs of Tatooine swil, they decided to visit the local Bounty Hunter’s Guild to get a job and try to gain a little local reputation. The Guildmaster told them that if they wanted work, that they should check the public board to start on a few lower level missions.
As they check on the board, they notice a few missions. They decide on Jawa wranglin. As they meet A man he states that he has lost his access codes for his small spice frieghter. He believes that jawas are trying to steal it, but doesn’t believe he could take care of them on his own. The group moves out and heads to the spaceport, they find the jawas and decide on an ambush tactic. Rick walks up to one, the leader of the small group, and starts talking shop and trying to make a deal on a ship they were looking at. The rest of Black Company was making move to get around the flanks. Ricky reaches out as if to seal a deal and grabs the jawa and wrassles him down. Ryan makes a move for one but gets fended off by a welding torch until the little guy bolts for it. He chases him down and get’s a torch in the face, but finally wrassles him down. Mitch tried to take another who had bolted from the start. He tries to use a grappling hook launcher to pin him down, but missed and stuck his own leg. He then pulls out a blaster, sets to stun, and in like fashion, GOODMAN GOES DOWN! goodman being the little jawa. As they drag them to the man’s house, he strings em up to posts and pays the group in spice, all of whom sell it except Ryan who decided to use his dose. They leave to check the bounty board hearing the sounds of target practice on now, fleeing jawas.
They then decided to take the mission: Sand Dogs. They rent a speeder and leave town in order to meet a hydrogen farmer. Along the way they take some fire from Sandpeople watching the road. As they pull into the farm, they are greeted by a double-barrel-blaster wielding farmer. After assuring him that they were here to help him out he tells them that Sandpeople have trained some womp-rats and now he cannot go into town to sell his wares. They decide to set an ambush for the sandpeople in the desert. Leaving Ryan out in the open, the sandpeople set the womprats on him. He takes a few nips, but is unharmed. The group then attacks and systematically kill the sandmen. It is only when Ashton’s character, a jedi, steps out in front of Ricky’s mandalorian merc that the group takes hits… from itself. Ricky… well hit and missed, missed the sandman and hit ashton. Ashton is taken out on accident by Ricky. After finally dealing with the last of the sandmen, Ricky immediately sets to stabalizing Ashton, in the process of doing so however, finds his lightsaber. Ricky tells the group and conflict brews (I was worried). Ashton is worth money to Ricky and the group, but they allow him to stay. After they get back to the farm with a job well done, they are paid. Returning to the city, we call it.
